Business profit and decision software
The company and application
Fleumi helps business owners understand their numbers, choose a profitable next move, execute it, and measure the result.
Purpose
Fleumi helps small and medium-sized business owners understand their businesses, choose profitable next actions, carry out those actions, and measure the results.
Fleumi provides TPOA, The Perfect Owner Advisor. TPOA is a business operating application that uses information supplied by each owner to provide recommendations specific to that business. Fleumi's main goal is to help owners increase durable profit through clearer financial, operational, marketing, tax-opportunity, and execution decisions.
Capabilities
Fleumi brings the information and workflows an owner needs into one private business application.
Recommendations for pricing, expenses, margins, operations, marketing, tax opportunities, and owner decisions.
Record revenue and profit, calculate margins, import financial records, and identify the strongest opportunities.
Review records for potential federal tax opportunities and organize evidence for an accountant. Fleumi does not prepare or file tax returns.
Create campaigns, calculate break-even results, record outcomes, and choose the next adjustment.
Turn recommendations into clear actions, tracked progress, completed results, and durable business memory.
Private file storage, team notes, instructional articles, account settings, data export, and support requests.
Data transparency
Owners control the business information they provide. Google identity data has one limited purpose: account authentication.
Google Sign-In is optional. If a user chooses Continue with Google, Fleumi receives the user's name, email address, and profile image only to authenticate the user and create or link the user's Fleumi account.
Fleumi does not request access to Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar, Google Contacts, or other Google product content. Google identity data is used for authentication and account linking only.
Owners may provide a business profile, financial figures, uploaded records, goals, conversations, campaign results, and team notes so Fleumi can personalize its analysis.
Fleumi keeps customer organizations isolated from one another. Its privacy policy explains how information is collected, used, retained, and protected.
Access and contact
Fleumi is currently invite-controlled. Existing users can access the customer login, and anyone can review the public policies without signing in.
