Privacy Policy

Effective and last updated July 24, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Fleumi collects, uses, protects, and shares information when you visit Fleumi or use TPOA, The Perfect Owner Advisor.

Information we collect

We collect account information such as your name, email address, authentication details, and organization membership. If you choose Sign in with Google, Google provides your basic profile information, including your name, email address, and profile image.

We also collect the business information you choose to provide, including business profile details, financial figures, goals, documents, advisor conversations, marketing information, team notes, and product feedback. Technical information may include device, browser, IP address, security events, feature usage, and diagnostic data.

How we use information

We use information to authenticate users, provide and personalize TPOA, generate business-specific recommendations, operate access and billing controls, secure the service, answer support requests, improve product reliability, and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use customer financial documents, tax documents, or Google identity data for targeted advertising.

Google user data

Fleumi requests only the Google identity scopes needed for authentication: OpenID, email address, and basic profile. We use this information only to sign you in and create or link your Fleumi account.

Fleumi does not request access to Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar, Google Contacts, or other Google product content. We do not transfer Google identity data for advertising, sell it, or use it to train public or general-purpose AI models.

How information is shared

We share information only with service providers that help us host, authenticate, secure, analyze, and operate TPOA, under contractual confidentiality and data-protection obligations. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect users or the service, or as part of a corporate transaction with appropriate safeguards.

Customer information is not shared with other Fleumi customers. Organization-owned data is isolated by account and organization.

Security and retention

We use access controls, encrypted transport, private file storage, server-side credentials, audit records, and organization-level data isolation to protect information. No system is perfectly secure, and we continuously review safeguards as TPOA develops.

We retain information while an account is active and as reasonably necessary to provide the service, preserve inactive-account data, resolve disputes, meet legal obligations, and enforce agreements. We delete or de-identify information when it is no longer needed, subject to legal and operational retention requirements.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your account information by contacting us. You can revoke Fleumi's Google access from your Google Account permissions; doing so stops future Google authentication but does not automatically delete your Fleumi account.
