This policy applies to Fleumi's website, phone and text contact flows, agency communications, and web design services. A signed proposal, statement of work, or separate data-processing agreement may add project-specific terms.

When you contact Fleumi by text or phone, we may collect your name, phone number, company, website, project goals, timing or project constraints, and anything else you choose to include.

During a client engagement, we may receive brand files, copy, images, website access details, business information, feedback, approvals, and other materials needed to deliver the work.

Our website and service providers may automatically receive device, browser, IP address, referring page, pages viewed, approximate location, security events, and diagnostic or performance data.

How we use information

We use information to respond to inquiries, evaluate project fit, prepare proposals, perform and support web design work, process payments, communicate about a project, secure and improve our systems, understand website performance, maintain business records, enforce agreements, and comply with law.

Fleumi does not sell personal information. We do not use private client materials for targeted advertising.

Client materials and portfolio use

We share information with service providers only as reasonably needed to host, secure, monitor, communicate, and deliver our work. These providers may include hosting, analytics, error-monitoring, and payment companies.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect Fleumi, our clients, or others, to investigate fraud or security issues, or in connection with a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards. Client information is not shared with unrelated Fleumi clients.

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose it was collected, the client relationship, legal and tax obligations, dispute resolution, backups, and enforcement of agreements. Retention may vary by record type and project.
